The season will start with young, new faces looking to get their feet wet in the Nova Scotia Senior Baseball League.
They’ll get their chance this weekend, as the Sooners open their latest summer campaign Friday and Saturday against the Kentville Wildcats.
Sydney plays their home-opening series May 29-30 against the Canadians at the Susan McEachern Memorial Ball Park.
